Festoon
Making the most of your Skype or Google Talk, how about sharing your window, video clip with your friends?
Festoon allows you to "Watch video clips online with your friends, in real-time!".
That is what it was designed for but it could be used for other things. We use it for doing presentations in different geographical locations. How? Install Festoon and Skype on all computers, the person presenting will open the presentation window, example Power Point, and share it with all using Festoon and Skype.
